Artist Statement

As a commission portrait painter, I am extremely fortunate to meet wonderful people whose paths I would never otherwise cross. In both "Ann" and "Ellie's Summer Dress", I have had the opportunity to interpret my subjects in the way that lets me show what I see as beautiful, so that you can see that beauty, too.
